Customization: Many of our products are custom-made to order. You are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, dates, and customization details provided at the time of purchase are correct. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.

Product Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products and the materials used (such as natural wood), slight variations in color, grain, and texture may occur. These are not considered defects.

Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer or to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change.

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

Sales tax will be applied where applicable based on the shipping destination.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Thunder Bay Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or weather-related issues.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at thunderbaylaserco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging to be eligible for a replacement.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Thunder Bay Co and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

9. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; or (e) to collect or track the personal information of others.

Thunder Bay Co shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
