Are you able to send me a proof before shipping out my product?
We want you to absolutely love your custom piece! Because we offer so many fonts and styles, we send a digital proof for every personalized order. This way, you can review the design and make sure it’s exactly what you envisioned before we create it.
What is your turnaround time?
We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 2-4 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final.
However if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at thunderbaylaserco@gmail.com.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for delays due to shipping. We do not have any control once the package is turned over to the shipping carrier. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us first so we can let you know if that date is possible or not.

Custom Items
Are you able to engrave my logo?
Yes, we need all logos to be sent in black and white, as vector files like SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, or PDF.
Are you able to create a custom item, logo or design?
Yes, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom item or design.

Can you do custom Wholesale Orders?
Yes, please reach out to directly for any custom orders.
Are the patches made of real leather?
No, the patches are made of leatherette (faux leather) and are finished with a safe leatherette oil.
Shipping
Do you ship Internationally?
Shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, local pick up is available in West Tampa, Florida. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
