Refund policy

Before submitting your order please make sure all of your information is correct. 

Your item(s) will be packaged carefully to ensure safe arrival to your home. However, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately.

There are no refunds on personalized items.

For all other signs, if there is nothing wrong with the sign but for any reason you wish to return it, it may be returned within 4 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. After we have received the package, the buyer will be refunded for the price of the item, not the shipping fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item in the same condition in which it was received.
